The Crazy Horse belt is our first USA-made belt! Our leathersmiths use their decades of experience to hand-craft each belt into a beautifully tough and comfortable EDC belt. Water Buffalo leather is known for being tough, attractive, and stylish. It is commonly referred to as Crazy Horse leather, where we get the name for this belt series. As we move into a traditional belt material like leather, we think the buckle should have a traditional yet modern design. So, pulling from a traditional styled hole and pin buckle, we created our push button ratcheting buckle to have similar lines and features as seen on the belts of old.

Love the belts, jury out on the service

I recently ordered my 2nd, 3rd and 4th Nexbelt. Two were great and one had an issue. One belt was discolored and the buckle tarnished from what appears to be long term storage. Eventually I was sent a replacement which was packaged totally differently however it took copying the CEO on my emails to get a response. Would have been 5’s all around except for being ignored until I copied the CEO….. the belts are great I just hope they become more responsive to customers. Especially when they do such a great job with automated follow ups.

Real leather but all Nexbelt

I’ve solely been wearing Nexbelt for a dozen years plus or minus. This one seems just as sturdy as the others, but the length of the ratchet strip is about an inch shorter than their other EDC.. we’ll see how that goes.

Top quality belt that does what it says. I have been a fan of water buffalo leather belts for some time, they always hold up to long, tough abuse and use. The reason for that 4 star review is that the water buffalo leather is Very thin on the face side whereas the backing leather is much thicker, a letdown!! The trimming directions are different on this belt compared to other EDC belts. I didn't look closely and trimmed it to my waist size, made it too short. Probably going to have to order another one to extend the length. It works but just barely, only 4 latches to catch on.
