Return & Exchange Policy

At Nexbelt, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made returns and exchanges simple and straightforward.

Exchanges

We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. You can exchange your item for a different size, color, or style at no extra charge.

Exchange eligibility:

  • Items must be new, uncut, unused, and in original packaging

  • Exchanges are processed after the original item is received and inspected

  • Final sale and custom/engraved items are not eligible

Returns for Refund

Returns are also accepted within 30 days of delivery.

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, a $5 handling/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover processing and inspection.

Return eligibility:

  • Item must be new, uncut, unused, and in original packaging

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Final sale and custom/engraved items are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Custom or engraved belts

  • Belts that have been cut, worn, or used

Return Shipping Disclaimer

Please note: We do not provide prepaid return labels for items being returned for a refund or exchange.

As a courtesy to our customers, we offer free standard shipping on all outbound orders, as well as free shipping on exchange items sent back out to you. To keep these benefits in place and continue offering competitive pricing, we kindly ask that customers cover the cost of shipping items back to us.

Information Needed For Items Purchased Outside of Nexbelt.com

All returns MUST be returned using our RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM.

What to Send Us

  1. Please complete/print the RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM.
    1. Click here to download the form.
  2. Carefully place the items and all packaging we provided in a box along with the RETURN & EXCHANGE FORM.
  3. Ship the box to:
    • Nexbelt
      Attention: Returns & Exchanges Department

      Corona, CA 92882

NOTE: Please ship your items using a traceable/secure delivery method. That means we need to know your shipping company and the tracking number. This way, there's proof of delivery to our facility. We are unable to assume responsibility for items that do not reach us.

Confirmation of Receipt and Processing Times

After receiving and inspecting the item(s), we will email you to notify you of your refund/exchange status. If we approve your refund/exchange, we will quickly initiate the refund or shipment of your exchanged item(s).

Depending on the policies of your credit card company, please plan on up to 7 days (for refunds) and ten days for receipt of your new item(s) shipped as an exchange. PayPal purchases should generally take up to 7 days to process.
