Never wear a standard leather belt with holes again. We designed the Supreme Appendix belt specifically for the appendix carrier. With our compact buckle design and incredibly adjustable latch system, you’ll have all the room you need to comfortably carry your protection device and even extra magazines upfront. The buckle can be worn front and center, on your left or right hip, or hidden near the back curve.

That same flexible design also allows the CCW and belt to move with you throughout the day. This key feature limits the jabbing common to most appendix-carry belts while maintaining your protection device's total security.

With a new push-button trigger, the release is quick and easy when needed but still firm when on the go.

Though we designed it for appendix carry, this belt’s versatility and sturdiness allow the person to switch to OWB or IWB on the hip.

Our nylon straps are made from a super-high-density microfiber material, an advanced composite of ultra-fine polyester fibers. This allows the stiffness required for holstering your protection device if you have a CCW permit or just your everyday tools. This ratchet belt also makes a great work belt.

    Traditional belts often have holes spaced an inch apart, limiting your ability to achieve the perfect fit. Our ratchet belts eliminate this issue by using a track system that allows for micro-adjustments, ensuring a precise and comfortable fit tailored to you.

    Best belts you will ever use even if you don’t carry

    Love this belt

    This is my 3rd EDC belt from nextbelt. I still have all 3 and love all of them! Definitely a better option if you are one of us that carry on a regular basis. There is no give or warp in the belt wether I decide on my full size or compact when carrying! Definitely worth the money!!

    Is it worth it.....

    This is a great belt and my favorite. Not only does this belt fit me perfectly, but it also feels very sturdy. I like that the belt is stiff and it gives me confidence that it will not sag over time. The fine adjustments make for a great fit without any holes to stretch out or ruin the belt. The stitching on the belt looks strong and there is no separation of materials. This belt is well-made and has fixed all of my issues with other belts in the past. Plus, Nexbelt customer service is top-notch, and they stand behind their products. I had a small issue with my belt, but contacted customer service and had it resolved in 48 hours.

    There was only one issue with this belt, and that was with the Allen wrench they include with the belt. I noticed that the Allen wrench that comes with the belt fit the screws, but it still moved a bit before it grabbed the screw head while turning. This small difference between the screw head and screw meant that a little extra force might strip the screw. Luckily, I had a 2.5mm Allen wrench in my toolbox that fit the screw head without any movement, and I was able to install the screws tight and flush without stripping them.
