I began using this belt on duty and it's been great. The ratchet design makes it easy to adjust and keeps it comfortable. The matte leather looks clean and professional. Two complaints. First minor complaint is the buckle is a bit large and makes it a bit difficult to line up the gig line just right. The second is the buckle seems to scratch easily and show the silver underneath.
