People still love the rectangular look of buckles, so we developed a line that caters to their tastes. The straps are the same as the ones used on the Supreme, but we added two color variations - the Thin Line Series, printed on the textured buckles.

Finding Your Fit
Traditional belts often have holes spaced an inch apart, limiting your ability to achieve the perfect fit. Our ratchet belts eliminate this issue by using a track system that allows for micro-adjustments, ensuring a precise and comfortable fit tailored to you.
Find your pant size
Turn the belt to the backside and use our scaling system to find your pant size.
Cut the strap
We recommend that you add 3 - 4 inches to your pant size before cutting. You can always trim farther down if needed.
Insert strap into the clasp
Insert the strap into the buckle clasp. Tighten the screws to secure the strap for extra rigidity.

I ordered two Guardian "Red Line" EDC belts - one for me and one for a fire captain friend. Unfortunately, the buckle on my belt had a flaw that allowed some of the top row of stars to come off or deform. I emailed the Nexbelt warranty people with a photo of the buckle and couldn't be more pleased and impressed with their response. I requested them to let me know what could be done.
Within two weeks a replacement buckle arrived - no questions asked!

I ordered two Red Line belts. One as a present and one for me. After wearing mine once, the buckle came up missing one star in the top row, another missing a star point and another deformed. The belt material is a little stiff and hard to secure in the buckle but that's not a real problem.
I contacted Nextbelt by phone and the operator was understanding and helpful. My issue has been sent to their warranty people for handling. It's only been a couple of days so I haven't heard back yet.
