Never wear a standard leather belt with holes again. We designed the Supreme Appendix belt specifically for the appendix carrier. With our most compact buckle design and incredibly adjustable latch system, you’ll have all the room you need to carry your protection device and even extra magazines upfront in comfort. The buckle can be worn front & center, on your left or right hip, or hidden near the curve of the back.
That same flexible design also allows the CCW and belt to move with you throughout the day. This key feature limits the jabbing common of most appendix carries belts while still maintaining the total security of your protection device.
With the addition of a new push-button trigger, the release is quick and easy when you need it, but still holds firm when you’re on the go.
Though we designed it for appendix carry, this belt’s versatility and sturdiness allow the person to switch to OWB or IWB on the hip.

Our nylon straps are made from a super-high density microfiber material that is an advanced composite of ultra-fine polyester fibers. This allows the stiffness required for holstering your protection device if you have a CCW permit or just your everyday tools. This ratchet belt makes a great work belt also.

I stopped carrying a few years ago because I had gained quite a bit of weight and it was no longer comfortable to carry IWB. But with a new gun and an OWB holster on the way, I wanted to get a new belt to hold it up in style. Years ago I purchased a very nice steel-reinforced leather belt from a different company, which worked great at supporting the holster, and made for a nice belt overall. But it was very thick, stiff, unforgiving and uncomfortable to sit with, and it ate a hole in my pants where it rubbed the pants after daily wear for a relatively brief period of time. I decided to try a nylon belt this go around.
Options for quality belts for plus-sized individuals like myself are sorely lacking. The Nexbelt was one of the few that came in my size (54" waist), looked sharp enough to pass for a "normal belt" and not scream EDC, and seemed to have a solid reputation. I finally got around to cutting and fitting it today, and I am impressed. I've never worn a nylon belt like this before, so I have nothing to compare it to, and I have yet to wear it to carry. But I just wanted to drop a note to say the quality is fantastic. In my ignorance of nylon EDC products, I was skeptical how nylon would stay stiff enough to hold a holster up, but I don't see that being a problem here. It's very stiff, and yet still reasonably thin. Certainly thinner or at the most as thick as my regular, non-EDC casual dress leather belts. Yet when you hold it up, it maintains its shape. It's not as thick as the reinforced leather gun belts I tried in the past, which is a good thing. Those belts were just too cumbersome and restrictive. This one seems to be a bit more forgiving, and you don't feel like you're wearing a 20lb belt. I could wear this and forget that I'm carrying, which is half the fun.
I am particularly impressed with the ratcheting system. It's super easy to put on and take off. My favorite part is how easy it is to make little adjustments between sitting and standing. Waaaay more simple than a traditional belt buckle. The ability to make fine-tuned fit adjustments very quickly is huge. Way more convenient than a traditional belt with holes that can quickly go from not tight enough to too tight, or might feel fine when standing, only to constrict your internal organs when seated. With this Nexbelt, when I sit down, if it gets a hair snug when my . . . shall we say . . . largesse compresses and smooshes, just a subtle, quick click of a button provides instant relief, while maintaining the support. And it's just as quick to snug the belt back up again when I stand.
I am very impressed with the quality, fit, and finish of this belt, and look forward to carrying with it soon. Heck. It's so nice, and the adjustability is so incredible, that it may even replace my leather casual dress belts. I only wish more colors were available in this style in the XL size, as I'd definitely buy more.
